One day, years back, I had this humorous vision of a God family. And the God child had a science project in a petri dish, which ended up semi-forgotten in the back of the fridge.
In that petri dish was the cosmos, the universe, the Earth, and us.
I like to think the idea is funny and yet every once in a while I wonder if it could be true.
At the same time it gets more and less complicated. I believe, as the Bible says, that we are the Son of God, the Son of God is Christ, and Christ is God. Therefore, by logic, we are God. And so, we are run by God whether we are aware of it or not.
God made man in God’s image and further took a piece of man (rib) and made a companion (woman).
Now I want to interject more of my musings. I believe we are all masculine and feminine and that our body differences are mainly for procreation. If we accept that we are both, and further, that the balance of each in us shifts constantly according to what is useful at the time then we begin to have a different perception of possibility. If masculine and feminine are energies that are for balancing and informing each other then we can start to look at male/female interactions differently.
Go with me here…So God created man in God’s image and created woman as companion then God wanted a companion to balance and inform (communicate) God.
I will further speculate that the feminine energy in each of us is the explorer energy since the Bible tells us that Eve went about trying new things (even when warned against one).
So here’s another thing, God is all seeing, all knowing, and makes no mistakes, and is everything, therefore God new Eve and what would happen.
If we postulate that the Son creates the same way as the Father and maybe even add that creating that way is our ultimate purpose then is that what we are trying to do? Are we confused about how and what to create or are we actually getting it right?
Are we learning how to create ourselves (God) based on how God made us.
That brings us to…How did God create us? God decided, and then we were. God then took a piece of us and created the companion energy.
Where does this leave us? Are we perpetual creators? Are we just in our own way?
I do know that the more aware we become the more we are rewarded with relief (bliss) and the easier creating anything becomes. Struggle falls away and what we choose comes.
Science has already proven that we can alter our DNA simply by choice. We already know that we can regenerate our parts given the right conditions.
So I am thinking that we should focus more of our energy on learning about our innate abilities and possibilities and less on using technology to recreate ourselves. Or, is technology simply a part of how we will create?
If we are the Son of God and the Son of God is Christ and Christ is God then as God we have access to and indeed we are all intelligence. So the real question to me know is…What are we going to do with that?
History shows us that many are driven by bettering their social standing rather than by bettering the world. We are now adding serving others to that model. I think it might be time to move past that model of creating, but what will the new model look like in the petri dish? Do we even need a model? Or, do we just need to become more aware of what we really are?
