 Look at your life as a bonus rather than a punishment. Even the events you judge to be bad have incredible opportunities for exploration, learning, and adventure. What you judge to be a negative event might turn out to be the best thing that's ever happened to you. So be open to all that's being shown to you in every moment, don't close down and turn your back on this bonus gift of life in all its iterations.
